AQVABOATS A NEW PROJECT BY MV TECH Srl
To tell Aqvaboats we need to take a leap into the past.

It all began about 24 years ago when two young Vincenzo and Antonio driven by stubbornness and initiative decide to move to China for a few months, in search of innovative products and develop knowledge. MV Tech srl was born in 2001, a company that deals with the import and distribution of different types of products which over the years has managed to carve out a role of absolute protagonist on the market.

MV Tech srl has immersed itself body and soul, in the last three years, in a new and exciting project, a new challenge that has a name: AQVABOATS , which is dedicated to the design and production of inflatable boats, those we commonly use to call rubber dinghies.

The AQVABOATS are produced in China, an excellence in cutting-edge manufacturing, under the supervision of the quality control of our Italian collaborators present in the area.

The tubulars are made of Orca Pennel & Flipo (Belgium) neoprene, as regards the Henkel loctite glues (Germany), while for the resin and the Ashland Gelcoat (USA), coming to the Leafield Marine ( UK ) inflation and safety valves .

An international product not only in terms of skilled labor and tools, but also came into being through the design of the hulls entrusted to a team of American engineers, using the resin infusion hull construction technique.
Unlike traditional processing, in which the resin is distributed by hand with rollers and brushes, with infusion the resin is injected into the layers of laminate using pumps thanks to which the air is sucked in and thus the resin occupies the vacuum that has been created is distributed directly into the laminates in an impeccable manner

The assembly of the boat, the construction of the electrical system and the installation of the engines takes place in ITALY in our. establishments.

AQVABOATS a young project that in just three years has reached very high levels.
